- 100% test for emission on Dayno to ensure all engines are meeting BS-3 stage .
- All engine are traceable to quality records
- In house Weld and paint shop
- Body paint are used from brands i.e. Nerolac, have color flexibility.
- Each Lot are check for weld strength and paint quality.
- All Chassis are traceable to quality record
- In house vehicle assembly shop –push type .
- 100% vehicle are rechecked to ensure presence of all parts and correct torque
- All vehicle VIN data will be traceable as per record management requirement of customer
- 100 % Road test before shipment.
- All vehicle are packed in SKD condition ( as per agreed packing with customer)
